I have been a consistent fan and friend of Verde and Co for over six years. Going back to buying from grocery stores? No way! Alanna brings magic and love into every order I have had. From making wedding wishes come true, to when you just need a little pick-me-up to make you appreciate something truly beautiful. Supporting this small business is like buying from your best friend. Verde attracts people from the community to congregate and impulse shop, what more could you ask for?

This is the best florist I have been to in Seattle. I have lived here for 27 years. This is important because I remember what the block that Verde & Co. is on used to look like. It used to be a factory sized warehouse that was a processing and distribution center for large floral company. Alanna shared her story with me when I went to buy some flowers for my partners birthday. She said she was a little girl when that building was still in existence and that she would play in amongst the flowers while her mother was an employee working at the warehouse. It’s an amazing story that she has reclaimed that space and kept it alive with her small yet mighty shop. The flowers are all fresh, seasonal and curated by Alanna. She made the perfect arrangement for me after a brief inquiry about the occasion and my partners tastes. The shop has many other thoughtful gifts and cards to supplement your flower purchase including a flower press that I was very tempted by. If you live in Seattle then you will never need another florist. Tangled you, Alanna!

Took a chance on Verde & Co and couldn’t be happier with how the flower arrangement turned out, was worth every penny. It was delivered to the wrong building by the driver but the owner promptly addressed this issue, added in some more flowers to spruce up the bouquet as a gesture of how sorry she was and even personally delivered the flowers to my partner who was absolutely taken aback by how uniquely artistic and whimsical the flowers were. I highly recommend as these are the prettiest flowers I’ve seen ever.

I had the pleasure of working with Verde & Co. for a bouquet-making activity at an International Women’s Day event. It was truly a highlight of the event! Attendees absolutely loved selecting from a stunning assortment of beautiful blooms and creating their own unique arrangements. Alanna’s warmth and passion for florals brought so much joy to everyone. Her thoughtful curation and expertise made the experience even more memorable. Amazing, fantastic, wonderful! I am so incredibly grateful to Verde & Co. I recently went long-distance with my partner, and this past week was their birthday. We weren’t going to be able to celebrate together, so I wanted something really special! Alanna made the MOST gorgeous bouquet, and my fiancé said it’s so fragrant that their entire apartment smells absolutely beautiful! I also ordered a potted plant arrangement because they were missing the plants they left with me. I appreciated getting to pick the size and which stones would cover the top—it made me feel even more a part of the process. Even though the shop had things scheduled on the day I needed them delivered, Alanna found someone to deliver them and made sure they got there on my partner's birthday. I feel so overjoyed and grateful. This shop is amazing! It’s woman-owned, minority-owned, and LGBTQ+ owned! Our little queer hearts were so happy for this. We felt special and will DEFINITELY be back here in the future!
